At Superz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Superz account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
